Our caregivers are W-2 employees.
We conduct all their pre-employment screening requirements
such as interviews, skills competency evaluations,
including reference and background checks.
-
We handle all federal and
state employment tax deductions and manage
all scheduling issues. Our billing is semi-monthly
and provides you periodic and/or year-end Service
Statements, which may serve as your tax-deductible
receipts for dependent care. (Please consult your
tax advisor.)
-
We conduct regular Performance
Evaluation among our staff and provide them-in-house
training and continuing education units to make
sure they continually comply with our highly regarded
Standards of Care.
-
We guarantee caregiving compatibility between our
clients and assigned caregivers by facilitating
interviews and "getting-acquainted
meetings" right before the start of
service. We provide personnel replacements as well
throughout the course of our contract so that you
or our caregivers are not stuck in what could be
a seemingly "not working" relationship.
-
Our caregivers are supervised and in close communication
with our Service Coordinator. We also have a Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) on board that helps
develop individualized Caregiving Service Plans
for each client to ensure quality care is delivered
efficiently at all times.
-
Our friendly Management Team is available Mondays
to Fridays , 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, to accommodate
all your customer service needs.
-
We keep an Open Communication
Policy with all our clients and caregivers
to make sure concerns or issues are addressed in
a timely manner.
-
Our service rates and fees are
market-competitive. They are customized based
on the level of care required for each client.
-
We also network with different
non-profit organizations in the community
to help make non-medical services available to those
that are rather limited in their financial resources.
